Planet Fitness is looking for a contract based HVAC Facility Specialist that will oversee and ensure the effective upkeep and maintenance of all HVAC systems within the Company as well as assist with specialised facility initiatives.Roles and Responsibilities:

Liaise with Key role players involved in new club or renovation projects
Scheduling meetings with key role players
Manage and create project deadline dates
Identify risks within any project
Ensure all administrative duties are completed on time and accurately.
Ensure all key action points are dealt with on time and as required.
Review all projects upon completion to ensure efficiency going forward
Provide regular feedback to the project owner to ensure they are kept informed.
Develop new systems/ methods to ensure all projects are completed correctly.
Any other duties as reasonably required.
Ensure all handovers with contractors are completed on time
Ensure all required documents are signed off and received by the Company
Ensure the new club File is completed and issued to the CGM.
Conduct site meetings with relevant Project Owners
Ensure brand standards are followed at all times
Ensure that Health and Safety is followed at all times

Formal qualifications Minimum Grade 12Any other formal qualification (beneficial)

Prior Experience

5+ years Facility Management5+ experience management on HVAC plant management - Preventative and reactiveFormal training in project management/ co-ordination is advantageousCritical knowledge (not negotiable)Computer LiteracyMicrosoft Word, Excel, OutlookNumeracy SkillsManagement skillsAble to convey and transfer acquired knowledge effectively.
