We have the following vacancy available: Clerk (Claims) within the Insurance Department.Responsibilities and Duties:General administrative duties
Prepare, issue, and send out insurance claims, arrange for payments on insurance claims
Regularly capture required information on internal systems, record and update customer claims
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
Prepare claim reportsQualifications and Skills:Matric / Grade 12
At least 3 years’ work experience in short term insurance
RE5 certificate (advantageous)
Computer literate
Advanced skills in excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
