As a Post Harvest Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving product quality and global market access through the implementation of international best practices and a systems approach.Minimum Requirements:Education and Experience:

Must have Citrus Knowledge
Qualification in Agriculture Science or Horticulture (Postgraduate Beneficial) with Continuous Learning Attitude
1-2 Years of Experience
Proficient in MS Office, Power BI Beneficial
Valid Driver's License
Strong Interpersonal, Leadership, and Communication Skills
Willingness and Ability to Work and Prosper Within a Team Environment
Self-Motivated, Driven, Resilient, and Humble

Duties and Responsibilities:

Gather and report Post Harvest Quality metrics, facilitating informed decisions on product market allocation.
Implement and report on Harvest & Post Harvest Protocols to uphold international best practices.
Analyze and interpret Spray Records, ensuring compliance with Maximum Residue Limits (MRL).
Provide approvals for orchard harvests based on assessments of quality and maturity.
Conduct analysis and reporting on Arrival Quality, ensuring adherence to set standards.
Integrate and analyze data for comprehensive insights, facilitating effective decision-making.
Report to growers on relevant metrics and findings.
Analyze Customer Repack data, contributing to effective customer relations.
Handle technical aspects and data input related to shipping claims.
Evaluate shelf life, contributing to product quality and longevity.
Collect and communicate information for Customer Due Diligence and sustainability reporting.
Represent the industry through networking and active participation.
