A well-established law firm in Umhlanga is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of court procedures and legal document preparation, with the ability to manage attorneys’ diaries and provide comprehensive administrative supportSalary: R10 000 - R15 000ctcMinimum requirements:

Matric
High proficiency in English (written and spoken) would be beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams would be advantageous
Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Drafting legal documents and managing court processes (actions and applications)
Maintaining and organizing legal files and filing systems
Managing attorneys’ diary systems, including retrieving and returning files
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
