Join a Leading European Kitchen & Furniture Design CompanyOur client, an established and highly respected kitchen design studio in Johannesburg, is looking to appoint a Senior Kitchen Designer / Upmarket Sales Consultant to join their team.They specialise in premium European kitchens and bespoke interiors, working with discerning clientele who value top-tier design, personalised service, and flawless execution.🔹 About the Role:
This is a client-facing, design-led position for an experienced, well-presented, and driven individual who enjoys managing the full design and sales process from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, interpreting their brief, presenting design solutions, managing costings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.🔹 What They're Looking For:A qualified Interior Designer or Kitchen DesignerMinimum 5+ years' experience in upmarket kitchen or interior designExcellent people skills, with a passion for design and client serviceStrong ability to close sales and manage client relationshipsSkilled in costings, quoting, budget control and supplier liaisonAbility to run projects from concept to installationHighly professional, polished, and confident in a client environmentWilling to work at least 2 Saturday mornings per month (not every Saturday)🔹 What's on Offer:Good basic salary + commissionHigh earning potential for a motivated, high-performing individualWork with top-tier European kitchen brandsBe part of a creative, dynamic teamBeautiful, modern showroom environmentHigh-end residential client baseBased in Johannesburg
