- Must be fluent and well-spoken in English. (MUST HAVE a good clear English accent)
- Must have a minimum of 3 - 4 years recent Customer service/ Call centre experience.
- Must have no other commitments such as jobs/ studies/ exams to finish off.
- Laptop or PC Operating System Windows 10/11 with a 64bit processor (No tablets or cellular devices).
- Computer literate.
- Fibre connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 20mbps.
- Headset USB 2.0 connection (No Bluetooth or Aux headsets).
- Smart phone with WhatsApp essential.
- Lan/Ethernet cable (plugged into Fibre router and computer for a stable connection).
- Backup power supply for your router and PC in case of a power outage. Eg. a UPS (Uninterrupted power supply) or a Generator - MUST.
- Work well under pressure.
- Action the feedback /advice given by Management.
- Use initiative and able to work independently.
- Punctuality/Good attendance.
- Need to be able to think fast on your feet.
- Demonstrated the ability to follow complex instructions and complete assignments in the appropriate scope of time, leading to good results.
- Make decisions in standard procedural matters without immediate supervision.
- To maintain excellent working relationships.
- Handling inbound calls.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
- Assists managers in preparation of various reports.
- Informs and/or updates the executives and peers on relevant information in a timelymanner.
- In this position you need to be energetic, target driven, enthusiastic and confident.
- Must be able to think fast and on your feet, handling workload with ease.
