- National Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ISTQB Certification (Foundation Level or higher) – Required
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing
- Proven experience writing and executing test cases, documenting defects, and reporting test results
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on system requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand system functionality
- Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution
- Participate in planning sessions and contribute to the definition of acceptance criteria
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing
- Assist with UAT support and testing documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to testing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
