- To develop and manage customer journey strategies, monitor KPI targets, support CRM strategy development, assist with marketing administrative tasks, and optimize processes for seamless operations.
- Customer Journey Management and Strategic Management.
- Drive sales conversion and customer lifetime value through optimized customer journey management.
- Manage email drip campaigns in Mailchimp and Marketing Cloud.
- Customize and configure CRM marketing systems to meet organizational needs.
- Set Email Marketing benchmarks and targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation and optimization of customer journeys.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the CRM platform.
- Strategic Management and Support:
- Provide insights and support for strategic direction.
- Assist in creating systems and structures to support the business.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create personalized and targeted campaigns.
- Data Tracking & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to generate insights and reports on customer behaviour and engagement.
- Provide regular reporting on email campaigns and customer journeys performance.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of CRM systems.
- Continuous AB testing and optimizations of journeys.
- Marketing Administration:
- Assist with overall digital marketing administration including finance requirements.
- Ensure marketing folders are up to date and all files are saved in relevant folders.
- QMS: Sales and Marketing:
- Ensure compliance with QMS guidelines, keeping supporting documents updated, and keeping processes relevant.
- Degree or Diploma (Communications / Marketing)
- 5+ years CRM experience.
- Experience Requirements:
- Business to Consumer marketing experience.
- Experience in international markets.
- Expertise in customer journey strategy development, reporting, and implementation.
- Knowledge in data analysis, customer journey insight generation, and optimizations.
- Proficient in GA4, Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, and competitor analysis.
- R30 000 – R42 000 per month (CTC including 13th cheque, pension & risk benefit contribution)
