To act as the first point of contact for all customers making contact with the Human Resources Department. In addition to provide an efficient and effective human resources administration service and to assist in the coordination of all HR processes.Job Specification:
  • Extract and provide HR reports as and when required by the Hospital Operations Manager, HRBP and Group Payroll Manager.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process and ensure that a correct recruitment process is adhered to.
  • Assist in the preparation and co-ordination of HR training and maintain employee records.
  • Ensure the HR Database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details. This includes the input of new engagements and terminations, contract amendments, change of details, annual leave and recording of sick leave and other leave.
  • Assist with the Head Office annual performance management cycle, by recording completed performance reviews.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks for the HR Department, for example, sorting post, answering the telephone, devising standard HR documents and letters and managing the HR email inbox.
  • Assist in formal meetings, such as employee disciplinary enquiries and grievances and take / compile minutes.
  • Ensure electronic (SAP) and paper-based personnel files are maintained and that filing is completed in a timely manner.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as may be required by the Hospital Operations Manager, HRBP and Group Payroll Manager.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent level of education essential.
  • Human Resource Certificate or Diploma.
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Human Resources Clerk/ Assistant.
  • Computer proficiency – Excel, SAP, Outlook, etc.
