The purpose of the position is to process payroll within the Company. Responsibilities: Payroll: • Ensure that statutory payments are processed within the specified time constraints. • Ascertain that the right tax calculations are loaded into the system. • Calculate and process employee wages, as well as address payroll queries. • Capture payroll data and guarantee data accuracy. Retirement Funds: • Ensure that monthly benefit reconciliations are performed accurately • Administer retirement fund process and follow up on claims HR Administration: • Compile monthly reports • Handle petty cash • Maintain employee records • Administer engagements and terminations on payroll system Advances and Loans: • Administer employee loans and queries Workman compensation: • Responsible for claims monitoring and administration, report generation and communication with employees • Ensure timely processing of workers’ compensation claims Qualifications and requirements: • Mathematics and Accounting skills • One to Two years Diploma payroll related discipline • At lease 5 years VIP Payroll experience
