Job Purpose: To drive architectural and design market engagement by promoting premium slab and surface products to professionals in the industry. This role focuses on expanding market share, building strategic relationships, and providing expert consultation to architects, developers, and interior designers. Key Responsibilities: Promote and expand brand awareness among architects, developers, and designers Proactively engage with the design and construction industry for both interior and exterior specifications Build and manage long-term professional relationships Respond to requests for quotes, pricing, samples, and technical information Identify market gaps and new business opportunities Track and manage incoming leads from various sources Define and target relevant customer segments Deliver professional brand presentations and technical product training Attend industry networking events and exhibitions Provide expert technical product advice and guidance Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction Drive growth in market share and client engagement Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate activity and customer information Promote digital marketing and awareness initiatives within the assigned region
Key Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) essential 57 years' experience in sales, public relations, or interior design Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid South African drivers license Must be able to travel for work when required Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous): Diploma or qualification in Sales, Public Relations, Interior Design, or similar
