- 3+ years of experience in digital design, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business Administration or related field.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools a strong advantage.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
- Advanced digital and graphic design capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge on 3D Modeling Capability
- Familiarity with AI design and content generation tools (e.g., DALL·E, Runway, Canva Magic).
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucid chart, AnyLogic, CAD, Tecnomatix).
- Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and motion graphics is a plus

- Promote consistent brand identity across global teams through standardization of visuals and templates.
- Creative Content Development: Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials, including presentations, infographics, process maps, brochures, and whitepapers.
- AI-Enhanced Design: Utilize AI tools for content generation, layout suggestions, image optimization, and productivity enhancement.
- Innovation Initiatives: Proactively explore and present new tools, design trends, and AI-based solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and visual impact.
- Process Visualization: Map complex supply chain and logistics workflows using tools like Visio or Lucid chart; apply visual logic to simplify information for internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Storytelling: Convert analytical outputs into compelling, easy-to-understand graphics and dashboards.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with global marketing department to produce campaign assets, customer-facing presentations, and thought leadership content.
- Content Automation: Develop reusable templates and design systems that allow global teams to quickly customize and deploy branded materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with commercial, operations, and IT teams to develop visuals that align with customer needs and strategic goals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all content with corporate guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Internal Communications: Design engaging internal communications, including newsletters, videos, and training collateral that enhance global team engagement.
