- Identify and record all building maintenance defects on the RAG Document.
- Liaise with the maintenance team on site with regards to the building defects.
- Directing maintenance team and ensuring tasks are completed on time as per the RAG document.
- Assist Operations Manager with liaising with public and tenants pertaining to operational matters of the Centre.
- Ensure basic provisions of the service providers' contracts are adhered to e.g. tools, machinery, uniforms etc.
- Liaise with the Operations Manager daily on all operations issues dealt with including submitting updated RAG documents daily.
- When on duty or after hours, liaise with all service providers e.g. Cleaning, Security, Waste, Landscaping, Parking and HVAC contractors, manage and ensure the smooth running of the Centre.
- Ensure all tenants comply with the rules and regulations of the mall and where necessary ensure they are notified of such when they are in breach thereof.
- Inspect and report all project work that takes place on-site where it impacts on the center operations and health & safety.
- Coordinating with tenants’ contractors with regard to fiber cable routes etc.
- Stock takes all tools weekly and manages tools register.
- Communicate and assist center security staff in case of an emergency.
- Always remain contactable on radio.
- Preventative maintenance plan to be performed in line with Operations Strategy.
- Toilet facilities maintenance.
- General tiling where necessary.
