Requirements :Three (3) Years National Diploma/Degree in Public Relations / Marketing / Communication or Grade 12 with 3 year’s hospital experience. Computer literacy / computer certificate in Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, Good communication skills and Customer care will be added advantage.Duties :Provide administration support for all communication activities. Conduct Patient Satisfaction Surveys. Educate patients on service feedback platforms in waiting arrears. Give basic information about the Hospital in waiting arrears.
