Job Outputs & Quality Requirements:Output 1: Sell motor vehicles and associated accessories and services
  • Meet or exceed individual sales target on:
  • First gross – vehicle sales
  • Second gross – accessories and associated services
  • Unit sales targets
  • Complete all necessary documentation:
  • All required documents in place, fully completed and signed
  • Submitted immediately after the sale
  • Ensure all sales are legally compliant
  • Ensure sales meet financial parameters (purchase price, reconditioning costs, trade-in values)
Output 2: Appraise and price trade-ins and buy-ins
  • Accurate appraisal to ensure:
  • Reconditioning costs within estimates
  • Market price standards met
  • Required return on resale is achievable
  • Complete all required documentation and ensure legal compliance
Output 3: Ensure client satisfaction
  • No customer complaints during the sales process
  • Follow up within 1 day after sale and every 6 months thereafter
  • Respond and resolve complaints immediately
  • Follow CCP sales processes
  • Meet or exceed after-sales CSI targets
Output 4: Obtain trade covers
  • Obtain trade covers for vehicles that don’t meet internal pricing/age standards
  • Complete documentation and ensure legal compliance
  • Obtain Sales Manager approval before outsourcing vehicles
Output 5: Ensure vehicle delivery standards to customers are met
  • Complete pre-delivery checklist
  • Inspect vehicle condition and arrange corrections
  • Provide appropriate sales gift
  • Ensure trade-in documentation and accessories are received before handover
  • Deliver a comprehensive handover including product features and documents
Output 6: Conclude deal file documentation and follow up outstanding debtors
  • Ensure all documentation is signed and 100% accurately captured
  • File documents correctly in Deal File
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure payments received
  • Follow up with customers/financial institutions as needed
Qualifications:
  • Basic literacy and numeracy (Essential)
  • Grade 12 (Essential)
  • Technical qualification (Direable)
  • 3-year degree/diploma
Professional / Technical / Legal Skills or Qualifications:
  • Some mechanical knowledge (Desirable)
  • Driver’s license (Essential)
