The position is suitable for a Senior Consultant with excellent communication skills, used to working in a pressurised work environment.Job ResponsibilitiesService existing clientsMarketing company products to clients, presenting CV’s for client positions, resolving queriesAdvertising, screening CV’s, searching internet portals for suitable candidates, shortlisting and interviewing, integrity checks and submitting candidate information to client including setting up interviews for client, regretting candidates etc.Cold calling by telephone, arrange meetings with prospective clients and building and maintaining client relationships.Receiving regular job specs from clients, taking down proper and thorough job descriptions. Able to multitask and work various positions simultaneously.Achieving and exceeding monthly targetsAchieving minimum stats monthly as required (interviews, referrals, client visits etc.)SKILL AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS (To be included here are job specific skills such as sales techniques, computer literacy required and previous experience.)Strong peoples personAnalyticalStrong admin and computer literacy skillsAble to multitaskGood customer relations skillsQUALIFICATIONSRelated HR / Sales DegreeSalary negotiable depending on experience.
