- Identify and research NHS organisations and stakeholders
- Build and execute multichannel outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Book qualified discovery calls and product demos
- Log outreach activity and manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to support targeted campaigns
- Take part in team stand-ups, sprints, and coaching sessions to continuously improve
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Confident and energetic on the phone, with a proactive mindset
- Self-motivated, persistent, and eager to hit targets
- Degree educated
- Bonus: experience with the UK public sector or NHS
- Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot or sales outreach tools
