Job Purpose:To achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively leading the external sales team and managing the full sales process, ensuring optimal market coverage and performance across the Mpumalanga region. To drive consistent growth across all market sectors through strategic sales initiatives and team performance within the eMalahleni Hub.Key performance areas:
  • Actual to Budget Revenue with a plan for surplus.
  • Quote Conversion
  • Effective coverage of customer Sites and Head Offices to build and maintain effective business relationships.
  • Competitor Analysis
  • Adherence to sales process
  • Leadership and Management
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 5 years of sales management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
