
Leasing and Tenant Accounts Administrator

- Manage tenant accounts, including billing, payments, arrears monitoring, and debt collection.
- Draft, update, and administer lease agreements, renewals, terminations, and deposit refunds.
- Conduct tenant move-in/move-out inspections and coordinate maintenance follow-ups.
- Oversee municipal accounts and ensure accurate utility cost recovery.
- Prepare monthly reports on tenant accounts, arrears, and occupancy.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenant financial queries and lease administration.
- Ensure compliance with rental housing laws, PPRA, and municipal regulations.
- Support operations by coordinating with leasing, maintenance, and finance teams
- Diploma or degree in Property Management, Finance, or a related field (advantageous).
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in rental property administration or accounts.
- Knowledge of South African rental housing laws, municipal processes, and the PIE Act preferred
- Strong numerical and financial administration skills.
- Knowledge of debt collection and legal eviction processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office (Excel essential).
