APS APL support engineer / IT Manufacturing Solutions AnalystThe IT Manufacturing Solutions Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, debugging, testing, end user support and documenting of manufacturing application software solutions (APS/APL/cullet, ptracker) within Ardagh Group Glass Packaging. The position works closely with the business, business analysts and other IT team members to understand and capture business requirements then drive the design and development of technical solutions that follow business requirements and strategies.Requirements

4 years experience
MS SQL
Server Operating system
Work in Industrial Environment especially Glass and Metal Production
Serial, TCP and other protocols
Application support experience with Manufacturing applications
Troubleshoot issues in glass production environment
Research new developments and options to connect equipment
Support plants in day to day business
