Our client who provide innovative metering and utility management solutions for electricity, water and gas consumption is seeking a energetic Sales Rep to join their team.They offer in return is a basic salary, negotiable based on experience, a commission structure on sales, Company car, petrol card, cell phone and laptop.Responsibilities:Market the company’s products, services and solutions to prospective and existing clients in the property development, property management and engineering sector.Be comfortable dealing with clients at a senior level (management and director level).Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers.Confer with customers and technical staff to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.Conduct research to identify potential new markets and customers.Communicating new product developments to existing and prospective clients.Keep records of sales and forecast.Assist with the development of marketing literature.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Requirements:Grade 12.Driver’s License.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.Proven sales track record.Prior experience in the Utility and sectional title industries is an advantage.Proficiency in English and Afrikaans.Communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build relationships.Good time management and planning skillsPlease note only shortlisted candidates will be contactedhttps://www.manpower.co.za/job-listings
