An integrated FMCG Services company seeks to appoint a dynamic graduate with at least 2 years experience in sales and operational support for FMCG applications ( Sales Force).QualificationsMust have a relevant BDegree and at least 2+years direct experience in a customer facing, IT driven environment. Knowledge of business processes related to sales, pricing, and order management is essential. Own vehicle required.Key Responsibilities:-Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to our users for our various processes and systems. Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions.-Client Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of the Application suite.-Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, including troubleshooting guides, and user training videos.-Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to communicate client feedback, issues, and suggestions for product enhancements.-Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.-Issue Tracking: Utilize our support ticketing system (JIRA) to track and manage support requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.-Product Validation: Participate in product validation of new features, understanding and documenting new features and communicating new feature releases to our users.-Reporting: Prepare regular reports on support issues, trends, and resolutions to team lead for review and analysis.
