- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and complete information
- Review orders for accuracy, pricing, and availability
- Confirm order details with customers and provide order status updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies
- Maintain and update order records and databases
- Attend to invoicing
- Customer queries
- Answering the switchboard
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven 2 years experience as an Order Clerk or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with order management systems is a plus
- Valid drivers license
