Contact Center Agent

• Handle telephone queries.
• Record all calls received.
• Attend to all claims queries received for the Funds.
• Utilising the documents system correctly (Oculus).
• Basic understanding of MIBFA funds
• Posting and faxing requested documents.
• Forward queries to departments and give feedback to members.
• Assisting companies with electronic submission of contribution.

• Grade 12 with English and Afrikaans.
• Call Centre Certificate advantageous.
• Good attendance and Reliability
• Minimum of 1-2 years call centre/customer service experience.
• Knowledge and Skills:
• Communication, interpersonal and administration skills.
• Customer services orientation.
• Telephonic etiquette.
• Multi-tasking skill
• Problem Solving Skills
• Stress tolerance
• Knowledge of at least 2 different languages.
• Computer literate

• Up to R20 769.00 per month.
