- Handle telephone queries.
- Record all calls received.
- Attend to all claims queries received for the Funds.
- Utilising the documents system correctly (Oculus).
- Basic understanding of MIBFA funds
- Posting and faxing requested documents.
- Forward queries to departments and give feedback to members.
- Assisting companies with electronic submission of contribution.
- Grade 12 with English and Afrikaans.
- Call Centre Certificate advantageous.
- Good attendance and Reliability
- Minimum of 1-2 years call centre/customer service experience.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Communication, interpersonal and administration skills.
- Customer services orientation.
- Telephonic etiquette.
- Multi-tasking skill
- Problem Solving Skills
- Stress tolerance
- Knowledge of at least 2 different languages.
- Computer literate
- Up to R20 769.00 per month.
