Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to drive revenue growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and Internet industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing or related field
Proven experience in sales management within the IT and Internet sector
Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets

Education:Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing or equivalent qualificationExperience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the IT and Internet industryKnowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of e-commerce and technology trends
Experience with software as a service (SAAS) and business-to-business (B2B) sales
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or related field
Professional certifications in sales or marketing

Working Conditions:This role may require travel within the country to meet clients and attend industry events. Standard office hours apply, with occasional evening or weekend work to meet business needs.
