Project Manager

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines, budgets, and specifications.
• Develop full-scale project plans, including resource plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines.
• Monitor and control project scope, cost, quality, and progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Coordinate and communicate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site teams.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and aligned with company and client standards.
• Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder briefings.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Track and report on project performance, including financial and schedule metrics.
• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and that client satisfaction is achieved.
• Oversee commissioning, handover, and closeout documentation.

• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High proficiency in project planning and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Excel).
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Knowledge of contract management and applicable industry regulations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.

• Minimum 510 years of project management experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience managing full lifecycle projects (RFI to handover).
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to sites as needed.
