To assist the Human Resources team in providing support with recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration. The internship is designed to provide exposure to the daily operations of a busy HR department and to gain practical experience in people management processes.Key Responsibilities:Assist with posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.Help onboard new employees (preparing documents, induction sessions).Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and HR events.Support payroll, leave management, and timekeeping processes.Prepare HR-related reports and spreadsheets.Handle filing, data capturing, and general admin tasks.Participate in employee engagement and wellness activities.Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.Requirements:Matric (Grade 12) certificate.Currently studying or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Good organizational and administrative abilities.Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.Proactive, eager to learn, and team-oriented.The post appeared first on .
