HR Administrator - Epping R18 000 to R23 000 basic pm + Ben contributionsPlastic Injection Moulding Company seeks a seasoned HR Practitioner experienced in the Manufacturing Industry.Key Performance AreasEnsure that Kronos Time and Attendance system is optimized for weekly & monthly payrollChecking that hours worked by employees are properly authorized by relevant DeptHead timeouslyProcessing of weekly & monthly payroll input accurately and on timeCapturing of leave, training & disciplinaries on H.R SystemGenerate various reports as required e.g., overtime, leave, sick leave, trainingEnsure that all HR administration for new engagements & exiting employees is completed timeously and well maintained for record purposesAssist weekly & monthly staff with medical aid queries, loan applications, etc.Ensure that all H.R administration for retirement fund home loans / beneficiary forms / funeral claims is completed accurately and on timeAssist with Ad hoc H.R duties as required from time to timePreferred QualificationsGrade 12 QualificationIncumbent must be computer literate (MS Office Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook)Excel proficiency i.e. pivot tables, Vlookup, etcPost-matric qualification i.e., H.R National DiplomaKnowledge of applicable software i.e.: Kronos, Mpower; SaflecKnowledge of Labour Law LegislationRequired Experience & Skills2 - 5 years work experience in a similar positionExperience in the Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantageAttention to detailAbility to work under pressurePeople management skillsHigh level of integrity and confidentiality
