This role is perfect for someone who loves being the go-to person, keeping everything on track behind the scenes, and delivering a great experience to both candidates and clients.You’ll be responsible for supporting the recruiting team across all stages of the process, from job postings to interview coordination to keeping their ATS (Loxo) buttoned up and accurate. You’ll also sit in on client calls, help maintain order in their systems, and act as a key internal communicator when things change (as they often do!).Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients across multiple time zonesMaintain and update jobs and candidate records in their ATS (Loxo)Post roles on LinkedIn and scrub job descriptions for clarity and professionalismHelp to prepare marketing collateral for new job opportunities and clientsHelp manage and circulate internal updates about job reports and shifting prioritiesSupport all recruiters across the firm - they’re a lean and highly collaborative teamTrack placements and ensure proper data is logged for bonus payouts and success trackingJump in wherever needed - from calendar juggling to cleaning up a contact record1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or admin/project coordinationExperience with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel); LinkedIn experience preferredBonus if you’ve worked with an ATS like Loxo, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or LeverStrong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple leaders at onceOrganized, deadline-driven, and excellent at prioritizing competing tasksFriendly, resourceful, and quick to figure things out - even when no one’s given you instructionsBachelor’s degree preferredUS EST hours
