
Marketing & Digital Admin Assistant

- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing assistant/marketing support role
- Familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Social Pilot (or similar), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), Microsoft Office & Teams, Meta Ads Manager (advantageous)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and an interest in design/interiors.
- Excellent time management and respect for deadlines.
- Previous exposure to signage, print production, or retail/interiors industry advantageous
- Signage, Print & Content
- Manage signage and print-related requests from concept through to delivery
- Liaise with suppliers, printers, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and quality
- Assist with creation of marketing collateral, POS, and showroom displays
- Support content creation for campaigns, newsletters, and social media
- Web & Digital Admin
- Maintain and update product pages on WordPress (new arrivals, discontinued items, price changes)
- Assist with monthly newsletters (Mailchimp) and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy across web listings, product descriptions, and imagery
- Marketing Support & Admin
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager for campaigns, events, and advertising bookings
- Coordinate production requests, supplier POs, and filing of contracts/documentation
- Monitor social media platforms, ensuring timely responses to queries and engagement
