Service Advisor

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service department
• Schedule, open, and manage repair orders efficiently
• Provide accurate service costing and quotations
• Liaise between customers and the workshop team to ensure clear communication
• Monitor job progress and keep customers updated
• Ensure all work is invoiced accurately and closed on time
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores and build long-term relationships

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (essential)
• Strong administration and customer service skills
• Good understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license and clear criminal record
