As an AM in one of our esteemed client's POS & SAP Reconciliation teams, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of financial data. Working hand in hand with the accounting, finance, and merchant business teams, you'll dive into the heart of the POS transactions, ensuring accuracy and reliability at every step. ResponsibilitiesWork closely with accounting/finance and merchant business teams, as well as SAP experts, to meticulously track POS transactions.Perform daily reconciliation of merchant accounts, meticulously verifying each POS transaction.Utilize your experience in sales, customer, and vendor reconciliation to maintain the integrity of the financial records.Prepare and analyze merchant ageing reports, gaining insights crucial for informed decision-making.Create and manage merchant accounting transactions within our accounting software, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Identify and address any discrepancies in merchant reconciliation results, taking proactive steps to resolve issues promptly.Leverage your knowledge of the SAP system to streamline reconciliation processes.
