Essential:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- A minimum of 3 years' cosmetics or beauty experience within a retail environment
- Previous supervision and/management of a staff complement of around 7
- Computer literate - MS Office
- Willing and able to work retail hours
- SAP experience
- Qlikview experience
- Direct and support sales staff under the guidance of the Store Manager and in accordance with the Dis-Chem policies, procedures and retail working
- Ensure Cosmetic Consultants are allocated to the right and relevant cosmetic and beauty
- Ensure staff receives relevant training, and manage and encourage feedback from
- Ensure the store is adequately staffed at all
- Be accountable and manage stock control through effective planning and ordering of stock in collaboration with Dis-Chem's warehouse and
- Manage and address customer compliments and
- Escalate serious and unresolved customer complaints to Store Manager or Regional Cosmetic
- Maintain merchandising and displays, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness within the
