Job Summary Job Title: Casting ForemanLocation: GautengHire Resolve's Client are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Casting Foreman to join their mining team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the casting operations at our mining site, ensuring that all casting activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all casting activities at the mining site
Ensure that casting operations are carried out according to company procedures and standards
Monitor and maintain casting equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
Train and mentor casting team members to improve their skills and productivity
Develop and implement safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries during casting operations
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate casting schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
Keep detailed records of casting activities, including production data, equipment maintenance, and safety incidents
Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on casting operations and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

Matric qualification, passed with Mathematics and Science.

BEng./ BTech. (Chemical, Metallurgy, Industrial Instrumentation) qualification.

Supervisory Development Programme.

Must have acquired 5-8 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years of having served in a Supervisory position.
