- Develop and implement national marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and business growth.
- Lead the creative execution of marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and print platforms.
- Oversee social media content and scheduling across multiple salon brands and locations.
- Manage and mentor content creators and the marketing assistant, driving a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, seasonal shifts, and customer behaviour insights.
- Plan and execute new store launches, promotional campaigns, and product activations.
- Track marketing performance, report on ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain and manage the annual marketing budget effectively.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and industry influencers.
- Travel nationally to ensure brand consistency and support store marketing rollouts.
- 5+ years' experience in marketing management, preferably in the beauty or retail sector
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and campaign execution.
- Proven ability to lead creative direction and content development.
- Excellent planning, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- A strong eye for design, trends, and consumer engagement in the beauty space.
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license required.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
