Quantity Surveyor (Junior)

- Assist with the preparation of bills of quantities
- Conduct cost estimation and pricing
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Assist with contract administration
- Review and analyze project specifications and drawings
- Regular site diary maintenance for various sites
- Assist with Levels and as-built drawings
- Prepare and issue progress claims to clients /Monthly payment certificates for various projects
- Validation of Sub Contractor Claims
- Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying is preferred
- Knowledge of construction processes and practices
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and quantity surveying software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work away from home
