Data Analyst (Inventory & Distribution)

• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reporting tools to track distribution and inventory KPIs.
• Analyze stock movement, replenishment patterns, and demand forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels across all distribution points.
• Identify trends and anomalies in supply chain and inventory data to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to streamline distribution strategies and improve warehouse efficiency.
• Transfer knowledge and ensure stakeholders understand reports and insights for decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvements by leveraging data-driven insights for distribution planning.

• 3-year degree in a quantitative field (Data, Finance, Economics, Informatics, Statistics) – Postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• 2–5 years’ experience in data analytics with a strong focus on inventory management, distribution networks, and retail operations.
• High proficiency in SQL, Python, and SAS (or similar analytics tools).
• Strong mathematical ability and experience in creating data models for demand planning, stock forecasting, and warehouse optimization.
• Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
