Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Labour Relations or Industrial Psychology.
5 or more years’ experience as an HR Generalist at a large enterprise (> 1 000 employees).Advantageous:Honours Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations or Industrial Psychology.
