Job Description:Responsible for handling cash and attending to all customers at the cash desk in a friendly and professional as well as timeous manner.Key Responsibilities:All ad hoc administration duties in the department (scanning, filing, answering telephone etc.)
Receive and process all payments according to standard procedures
Full function of vouchers and loyalty cards (redeeming & selling)
Scan all relevant paperwork to e-docs and relevant parties
Scanning of blue copies, extended warranties, job cards, GRN’s, GRS’s and recons
Understanding of Linux system.
Daily Reconciliation of all payments.
Customer service and satisfaction.
Accurate capturing and handling of cash.Qualifications:Grade 12 / MatricExperience:Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience in a same or similar roleBenefits (Applicable once permanently employed)Employer to contribute 3% of basic salary towards Liberty provident fund.
