Conveyancer / Conveyancing Paralegal

• Assist with the preparation and review of contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Conduct title searches, property searches, and due diligence investigations.
• Prepare settlement statements, financial documents, and transfer forms.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property transactions.
• Provide administrative support to conveyancing solicitors and other team members as needed.
• Stay updated on changes to conveyancing laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Previous experience as a Conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal in a law firm or conveyancing practice.
• Proficiency in conveyancing software and MS Office applications.
• Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record-keeping.
• Diploma or certificate in conveyancing or paralegal studies preferred.
