- Lead, coach and support a team of Business Analysts in Agile Teams.
- Conduct performance reviews, skills assessment and training plans for BA team members.
- Oversee the elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation of business and system requirements
- Collaborate with Product owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Testers and stakeholders.
- Implement Agile maturity across the team, support ceremonies like backlog grooming, spring planning and retrospectives.
- Ensure high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria and process models are maintained across teams
- Tertiary Business qualifications, related B Degree or/and Business Analysis courses
- 5+ years experience in Business Analysis, with atleast 2 years in a leadership role
- 10+ years of writing software functional specifications and business requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis in the field of application (software) design.
- 5+ years working practical knowledge on modern technologies as database design, SQL development, API design setup, workflow designs and Data Analysis.
- 3+ years functional and data testing experience
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum Environments
