Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide superior customer service and a positive experience for all clients.

Staff Management:

Schedule staff efficiently, manage operations coverage, train new and existing employees, and foster a positive work environment.

Fleet Operations:

Oversee vehicle quality control, ensure sufficient vehicle availability, and manage inventory.

Risk Management:

Implement operational procedures, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage potential risks.

Financial Management:

Manage the branch budget, ensure targets are met, and maintain financial understanding.

Administrative Oversight:

Keep administrative processes up to date and manage supplies and inventory.
Required Skills and Experience:

Management Experience: Proven leadership and management skills are essential.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and financial performance.
Customer Focus: A strong commitment to customer service and building customer confidence.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to identify problems and implement strategic solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the car hire, rental, or trucking industry
Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems and relevant software.
Grade 12 and Valid Driver s license
