This Practical / Procedural Level position in the Industry Executes and Assists with Parts Administration (both for sales and the warehouse function) of a Branch/Depo.QUALIFICATIONS:Grade 12EXPERIENCE:1 year experienceSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:MS Excel (Basic), SAP Ordering,COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:Team Work, Active listening, Receiving Feedback, General Written Communication, Verbal Communication, Results Orientation, Work Prioritisation, Standards ExecutionSUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:Administrates the parts ordering process
Follows up on emergency orders and back orders
Assists with the execution of parts sales
Receives parts for parts returns
Reports customer issues/problems
Plans stock counts in conjunction with management
Executes and participates in stock counts
Prints stock reports on variances, write-offs/write-ups for review by management
Executes general office administration
