- Grow and Manage Client Relationships:

- Secure and maintain strong relationships with farmers and clients.
- Achieve Targets:
- Meet sales targets as set out by management.
- Outline and achieve distribution and growth objectives/sales goals within a specific geographical area.
- Promote Product and Distribution:
- Introduce new products to the market and promote improved distribution.
- Ensure promotional activities yield desired results.
- Market Awareness and Planning:
- Stay up-to-date on business and market conditions.
- Intensively plan sales efforts, recognize new opportunities within each account, and maintain necessary records.
- Educational Training:
- Provide educational training to clients and associations through seminars and events.
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or a related field.
- Driver's license
- Proven experience in agricultural sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of agricultural products, market trends, and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
