- Obtain and compare freight quotes from external freight companies for shipments to determine the most cost-effective options.
- Coordinate and manage the entire logistics process for shipments, from quotation requests to delivery.
- Liaise with external freight companies to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- Manage documentation related to shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they arrive within expected timeframes.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to provide updates on shipment status and any potential issues.
