- Familiar with Restaurant bookkeeping processes & procedures
- SAGE / Xero knowledge
- Good understanding of stock management and the accounting of such.
- Own car
- Valid Licence
- Cash-up reconciliation (3 Entities) (18 Stores in total)
- Processing of Cash Purchases
- Monthly Accounting / Stock Journals
- Oversee Stock Takes
- Process Cashbooks
- Supplier & Customers Admin / Processing
