Industry: Logistics and Supply ChainAbout the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Foreman to lead our busy mechanical workshop.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of mechanics efficiently.Qualifications:Trade Test / Red Seal qualification would be advantageous Diesel Mechanics)Minimum 5 years experience in a workshop environmentAt least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory roleStrong diagnostic and technical skillsValid driver’s license (Code B or higher) * Excellent communication and people management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Clear criminal recordKey Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the workshop
