We are on the search for an OD Specialist who is able to develop organisational design infrastructures for a business that will serve as a base for integrated talent management processes. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation organisational development and change management tools, processes, and systems that ensure organisational effectiveness is achieved.What you will do:Lead and facilitate organisational design projects by Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of organisational design systems and processes.Conduct audits on macro and micro-structures and recommend changes to make the organisation more efficient.Design and maintain the rules for the organisational structure creation (including a span of control in different functional areas).What you will need:Relevant masters degree in human resources/ industrial psychology/ Organisational Development/ Management Administration8 10 years of proven experience in organisational development, talent management, and performance management.8 10 years of proven experience in organisational design, job architecture, ie competency framework, Job families, etc8 10 years in learning and development, design of learning solutionDemonstrable ability to use of Microsoft Office at an expert level (MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint, Word & MS Outlook)8 10 years in South African Skills Development landscape, curriculum development design in line with unit standard principles and requirements5 + experience in leading organisational development and skills development projects.Registration with HPCSA an advantageExcited to learn more?
