Procurement Manager

• Proven management experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations (3+ years preferred) with experience in welding or gas consumable industry
• Strong understanding of international trade, logistics, and supplier management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and master data management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

• Manage and maintain supplier agreements to ensure optimal terms and compliance.
• Oversee local and international supplier pricing to ensure cost-efficiency and competitiveness.
• Maintain and update Material and Supplier Master Data (Local & International).
• Source products and materials globally, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery standards are met.
• Process and manage purchases across local and international suppliers.
• Handle international supplier invoices and coordinate timely, accurate payments.
• Manage local stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory and availability for production/sales.
• Create and maintain product records in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Review and sign off test certificates to ensure compliance with product standards.
• Approve shipment costings in line with budget and cost control policies.
• Prepare and deliver month-end reports, providing insights into procurement performance.
