- Manage the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff welfare.
- Ensure company compliance with BIBC regulations and represent the company in relevant council matters.
- Handle industrial relations, including disciplinary procedures and CCMA cases.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labour legislation and industry best practices.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and payroll inputs in collaboration with finance.
- Support management in workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Foster a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.
- Minimum of 5 years' HR management experience, preferably within the construction or building industry.
- In-depth knowledge of BIBC regulations and industry standards.
- Strong understanding of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, negotiations, and CCMA representation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Relevant HR qualification or degree (e.g. BCom HR Management or equivalent).
